1. Base-level preparation: The surface of the base-level should be structurally complete and solid, clean, free of loose debris and oil.

2. Primer: use DM-210 damp base surface sealer, brush evenly, without missing coating. The reference amount of primer is about 8㎡.

3. Standard ingredients: A/B=1/1(W/W), mix the two components and use an electric mixer to stir for more than 3 minutes until they are even and ready for use.

4. After the surface of the primer is dry, use standard ingredients to carry out intermediate coating and surface coating construction. The thickness must meet the design requirements, and the thickness should be ≥ 2mm when used for high-speed railway lines.

5. After the coating is fully cured, the concrete protective layer can be made according to the design requirements.

Reference dosage: the thickness of the coating film is 1mm, and the dosage is about 1.2～1.3kg/m2

Note: The company can be equipped with a special electric mixer.

Precautions

1. The construction temperature should be above 5°C. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the construction site, and the ventilation is good. It is not suitable for construction in windy or rainy days.

2. Construction personnel should wear work clothes, protective glasses, gloves and other protective equipment to avoid contact between paint and eyes and skin. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, it should be washed immediately and then consulted a doctor. Safety belts should be worn when working at heights.

3. Before the paint is fully cured, it is forbidden to use people or touch water.

Packaging and storage

This product is packed in iron drum: component A 15kg/barrel, component B 15kg/barrel

0℃～30℃, sealed and stored in a cool and dry warehouse, the shelf life is 12 months
